Railroad Protective Liability Insurance offers liability coverage to railroads for work being performed by contractors on or within 50 feet of a railroad.

  • Railroad Insurance Management Association (RIMA) approved policy form
  • Usual limits are $2 million/$6 million but higher limits may be available
